Yoga for Singers
We are pleased to announce yet another new course of study for the Spring 2012 semester. Start your week off right with a gentle Hatha Yoga class led by Becca Ford. Becca will focus on poses that are great for singers, give you a well-balanced relaxing workout. Build strength, balance, and flexibility as you get support to start or enrich your own personal practice. There will be a focus on breath awareness while sustaining poses (for a reasonable amount of time!). All levels are welcome, especially beginners. Becca has been practicing yoga for 10 years, studied with the senior Iyengar instructor, Kofi Busia, and participated in a 55-hour Teacher Training with Kofi.

Tuition:
$8 per class ($80 for 10 total classes) if full tuition is paid in full.
Drop-in rate: $10 per class
