Lodging is not included in the workshop tuition, so each workshop participant must setup their own accommodations with one of these local B&Bs/Inns.

Or Trout Lake Abbey offers dorm-style lodging for a maximum of 12 people in the open Loft space with a shared bathroom for $12.50/night. Please bring an air mattress, sleeping bag, & pillow for this is communal sleeping arrangement. Specify when registering or contact Liza at 888.389.9159 to reserve your spot in the Loft.

What to Bring & Wear

Bring sturdy shoes for meditative walks, warm indoor & outdoor clothes for layering, and thick socks or slippers to wear inside the Loft space. Please bring a blanket and cushion as we will be working on the floor for breathing exercises.
