7:30 am: Oneness With the Mind: The Practice of Zazen
- 3 types of Meditation; Zazen, Walking Meditation; Moving Meditation

9:30 am: Oneness with the Body: Getting Into Your Body: Chi gong Warm up
9:50 am: Oneness with Physiology and the Physical Laws - Using Voice in Alignment with Our Physiology and the Physical Laws

11:00 am: Oneness with Source - Posture: Literal and Metaphorical, Experiencing Inhalation and Exhalation For Voice

12:45 pm: Oneness with Nature - Trout Lake Abbey Tour with Kozen Sampson, Walking Mediation, Observing Nature, Spending Time with Animals

Sunday, March 20th

9:00 am: Brunch, Open Mic, and Personal Time
10: 30 am: Oneness with the Heart - Experiencing the Emotional Language of Music & Voice
11:30 am: Break
11:45 am: Embodying Oneness - Breathing, Meditative State, Voicing, Chant
Experiencing Oneness Through the Voice: 3-Day Immersion in the Spiritual Dimensions of Speech, Song, and Chant at Trout Lake Abbey.
When: Friday, Mar. 18th at 6:30pm til Sunday, March 20th at 1pm
Where: Trout Lake Abbey Spiritual Retreat Center, 46 Stoller Rd, Trout Lake, WA
Lodging: Participants must setup and pay for their own lodging from one of the many beautiful B&Bs and Inns in the Trout Lake area. Find out more about lodging & what to bring.
Tuition: $300 (includes meat & ovo-lacto vegetarian meals - Friday night hot appetizers & tea, three meals on Saturday and Sunday brunch. Tea & snacks will be available throughout the day)
