Apprenticeship Program Open Houses

The Institute will be holding an Open Houses over the weekends of February 24-26, March 23-25, and April 20-22, 2012 for prospective Voice Teacher Apprentices. There will be a number of programs throughout the weekend that you are welcome to participate in as you are able.

The highlights, that you might not want to miss are:

Friday Feb. 24, 7:00 pm: Guest Lecture Series - Brad Pendergraft, LCSW, the founder and Clinical Director of Lifetime Optimization, Inc., a brain heath and therapy clinic, and he will be speaking on “Singing, your Brain, and Performance Anxiety” on Fri, Feb. 24th from 7-9pm. Sunday, Feb. 26, 1-3:30 pm: Round-table discussion with the Artistic Director, Linda Brice, to hear about the subjects covered in the Apprenticeship Program and how they work together to enable you to become a master teacher of voice. Subjects include: Apprenticeship curriculum, your own vocal technical growth, musicianship, and co-teaching experience.
6:00 pm: Potluck dinner at the Institute
7:00 pm: Performance Studio
