Holistic Voice - The System for Speakers & Singers

The System of Principles, Techniques, and Methodologies was not invented here! Rather, it is the synthesis of the contributions of wise and brilliant teachers over centuries—spiritual, emotional, vocal, musical, and pedagogical—assimilated by the Institute’s founder, Linda Brice. The System is a response to her wanting to know, and is offered to relieve the suffering of the vocalist.

The System will constantly grow in response to the contribution of those who affiliate with it. It is perhaps uniquely communicated for our time, coming as it does at the moment in our society when science and spirit, having ceased their warfare, are embracing each other in a new way. The system infuses itself into every offering of the Institute—our one-day workshops on “Discovering Your Authentic Voice,” the Apprenticeship Program for teachers of Voice and Musicianship, the Voice Classes for speakers and singers, and the upcoming recovery program for professional, aspiring professional, and ex-professional singers.
